With this ability, players can easily destroy a big chunk of dirt to build their houses’ foundations upon. This allows for a much faster building speed and open the opportunity for players to create unique and creative bases rather than spending time on grinding through the dirt. Granted, this is a tool that the original game should have implemented, yet Mojang often shy away when it comes to users’ experiences. From now on, players can use the Spades to substitute for the old and obsolete shovel.
