Roost Mod (1.12.2, 1.11.2) – Automate Your Chicken Farms

Roost Mod gives you a better way to manage your chickens in Minecraft. It adds special blocks like henhouses where your chickens can live. This makes it much easier to collect items they drop and to breed them without having them run all over your base.

Features:

• Chicken Catcher: Craft a special tool to safely catch chickens and carry them in your inventory.
• Roost Block: A special house for your chickens. It can hold up to 16 chickens, and all items they drop are stored inside the block.
• Chicken Breeder: Place two chickens in this block with some seeds, and they will automatically start to breed.
• Roost Collector: This block automatically pulls all dropped items from nearby Roosts, making collection easy. It works in a 9×9 area around it.
• Works with chickens from the Chickens and More Chickens mods.

How to Use:

1. First, craft a Chicken Catcher using an egg, a stick, and a feather.
2. Use the Chicken Catcher on a chicken to capture it. The chicken will be added to your inventory.
3. Place the captured chicken into a Roost block to store it and collect its drops.
4. To breed more chickens, place two of them into a Chicken Breeder block and add seeds.
5. Set up a Roost Collector near your Roosts to automatically gather all the items.
