Dungeon Tactics Mod (1.12.2, 1.11.2) – Raid New Dungeons for Loot

Dungeon Tactics Mod adds many new items to make your adventures more exciting. It brings new melee and ranged weapons, extra types of armor, and better tools. You can also craft traps to protect your base from mobs. The mod generates new structures like towers and random dungeons throughout your world for you to explore.

Features:

Combat

• Adds new weapon types like Daggers, Hammers, Battleaxes, and Glaives.
• Introduces new armor sets such as Studded Leather and Plate Armor.
• Use a Slingshot that fires ammo like seeds and small rocks.
• Throw different kinds of grenades, including Explosive, Fire, and Teleporting ones.
• Find rare, unique weapons with special right-click abilities.
• Enemies may drop hearts that heal you when picked up.

Utility Items

• Magic Tether: Instantly teleports you to your bed when you sneak and use it.
• Bag of Hoarding: Works as a portable Ender Chest.
• Duct Tape: Repairs the item in your other hand.
• Portable Tunnelling Device: Mines a 3×3 area in front of you.
• Rocket Pants: Lets you fly for a short time using gunpowder as fuel.
• Bounce Boots: Allows you to jump higher.

Blocks and Traps

• Build with Obsidian Bricks and Dungeon Glass.
• Place Fan Blocks to push mobs and items away.
• Use Trap Plates that trigger different effects when stepped on.
• Craft Caltrops to slow down and hurt enemies that walk over them.
• Set up Powder Kegs for big explosions.

World Generation

• Find Mob Towers in the Overworld and the Nether.
• Explore randomly generated dungeons full of loot and danger.
• Discover new structures like Wizard Towers and Pirate Ships.
• Mine for Gold Ore in the Nether and Quartz in the Overworld.

How to Use:

1. To use a thrown grenade, you must first light its fuse with a flint and steel.
2. The Magic Tether will teleport you to your bed if you hold Sneak while right-clicking.
3. Use the Portable Tunneling Device to mine a 3×3 area. Hold Sneak to mine a single block instead. It requires gunpowder to function.
4. To summon the Tower Guardian, find a Guardian Altar at the top of a tower and place a skull on it.
