NiftyBlocks is a versatile, survival-friendly mod that grows with your world — start out decorating, end up running a powered industrial city. From whimsical lawn flamingos to the unique Nifty Block, there are plenty of ways to make the place yours.

Build with a full spectrum of dyed planks, bricks, and concrete, plus exclusive block types like checkered tiles, vinyl siding, and stucco, and new stone sets in limestone, marble, and slate — each with the slabs, stairs, and walls you'd expect. Light it all with over 100 lighting blocks: classic wooden lamps, colorful glow lamps, fluorescent fixtures, and street lights.

For modern map makers, NiftyBlocks is a complete city kit. Over 400 traffic and street signs — speed limits, highway and interstate shields, plus writable street, marquee, and digital signs — sit alongside 200+ asphalt blocks covering every road marking, along with traffic lights, cones, and safety poles. The Road Tool builds whole roads for you, and 800+ lettering blocks in 16 colors will sign any storefront.

Get around in style with over 100 vehicles: cars, trucks, minivans, and motorbikes in every dye color, plus taxis, police cars, ambulances, semitrucks, post vans, forklifts, golf carts, go-karts, and even a lawn mower and a shopping cart. Grab a car key, take a seat, and bring a passenger.

Behind the scenery sits a full industry chain. Smelt alloys, crush ore, press plates, and refine biofuel; power it with coal generators, solar panels, or wind turbines, and store it in batteries wired across your base. Run goods along conveyor belts, stockpile in sea cans and shelves, raise crops under hydroponic grow lights, and watch it all from a Terminal monitor. New metals — aluminum, tin, bronze, and steel — plus rare earths come with hammer and cutter tools for making plates and wire, and full bronze and steel armor.

Hungry? 33 new foods, from pizza and doughnuts to bacon, baked beans, fries, and ice cream. Blueberry bushes and aloe vera grow wild, maple, red oak, and rubber trees join the forests, and limestone, marble, slate, sulfur, and rare earth deposits are waiting underground.
