Fixes the IPersistentTriggerData crash in Music Triggers v6. It was stated this issue will not fixed in v6 but in v7.

As of 1.0.1 this also fixes a ConcurrentModificationException crash with ServerTriggerStatus when accessing SERVER_DATA
