The Programme follows the adventure of a Time Traveler, called “The Doctor”. They are known to be an extraterrestrial being, to all appearances human. The Doctor explores through the deep dark universe using a time-travelling space ship called the TARDIS. Its exterior appears as a blue British police box, which was a common sight in Britain in 1963 when the series first aired. Accompanied by a number of companions, the Doctor combats a variety of foes while working to save civilisations and help people in need. Throughout the years of airing, a multitude of costumes were designed to make the Doctors unique, hence, the creation of Who Cosmetics. The Mod focuses mainly on the fashion aspect of the TV Series, bringing you all sort of clothes which the Doctors appear in the programme with.
