i made today an dutch version of this plugin and now i translated it to english
now with 2 configurations: lang.yml (for the messages), config.yml (for the prefix)
How it works:
as you only type /sc . then you see that it can't send it
as you type /sc <message> then all your staff members with the permission can see that
and as you type /sc . without the permission you see an no permission message
as you type /screload . then you reload every config
you can also use color codes (& symbol)
