Underwater Enchanting is a minimalistic mod which allows the use of the enchantment table under water with maximum levels via bookshelves. As of now in the vanilla game enchantment tables cannot detect bookshelves under water, this fixes that.
The mod will detect bookshelves around and set the levels according to the vanilla game mechanics.

You may freely use this mod in any modpack, as long as the download remains hosted within the CurseForge or Modrinth ecosystem.
Serilum.com contains an overview and more information on all mods available.
Comments are disabled as I'm unable to keep track of them across so many separate mod pages.
