DiscordSuite Mod adds discord rich presence support to Minecraft.
Features:
- Rich Presence instead of “is playing Minecraft” text.
- Displays whether you are in Singleplayer, Multiplayer or in the Main Menu.
- Shows elapsed time since you started a game (time resets on join world).
- Displays dimension you are currently in.
- Displays modpack you are currently playing (limited to specific supported modpacks).
