This plugin make you able to add a permission to break some blocks.
For example, you want to add a permission to break the block
COAL_ORE? Or even add to it a custom permission to break it, like break.coalore? With the command /oblock add COAL_ORE break.coalore you can.
By default now there aren't anymore blocks and permissions, but you can add them with the commands above:

Commands:
/obreak add <BLOCK_NAME> <PERMISSION>
Add a block in the config, For example: /obreak add COAL_ORE break.dirt
/obreak delete <BLOCK_NAME>
Remove a block from the config, for example: /obreak delete COAL_ORE
/obreak GUI
Open a GUI showing all the blocks, as the lore there're permissions.
/obreak
Show all commands
/obreak edit <BLOCK_NAME> <OPTIONAL_PERMISSION>
Edit a block in the config, example /obreak edit COAL_ORE break.mylovelycoal
/obreak disabled-worlds add <worldName>
Add a world to the disabled worlds list.
/obreak disabled-worlds remove <worldName>
Remove a world from the disabled worlds list.
