Create: Addictives

Inspired by: Schedule 1, Nirvana, and Immersive Addictives.

Adds a drug production and consumption system to Create, covering crop cultivation, processing chains, mixing, and "delivery" methods.

Features:

• Crops - Tobacco, coca, poppy, weed, and magic mushrooms generate naturally as wild variants and can also be cultivated as farmable crops.
• Production - Raw crops are processed through multiple stages into refined substances, some others are fully synthetic.
• Mixing - Substances can be combined with standard Minecraft items prior to consumption, altering their effect. Over 60 outcomes are possible depending on the ingredient.
• Fluids - Select substances (THC Oil, DMT Oil, Nicotine Liquid) can be converted to fluid form for use with vaporizer devices, including the Yart, Vape, and Dab Pen.
• Overdose - Narcan can be used to reverse overdose effects.
• Visuals - Custom shaders and hallucination effects apply to select substances.
