Additional Resources Mod (1.13.2, 1.12.2) – Simplify Your Mod Setup

Additional Resources Mod adds loose resources to the game without requiring a texture pack. This mod is mainly for other mods that need to load custom content. It works in the background and has no interface.

Features:

• Lets you add loose resources to Minecraft.
• Players do not need to install a texture pack to see the content.
• Designed to help other mods load their user-defined resources.
• Does not have a graphical user interface (GUI).

How to Use:

1. Next to your “mods” directory, create a new folder called Mods-resourcepacks.
2. Inside this new folder, place your resource files. The folder structure should be the same as an “assets” folder, but without a “pack.mcmeta” file.
3. For example, a file path like assets/mymod/lang/en_US.lang should be placed as Mods-resourcepacks/mymod/lang/en_US.lang.
