AutoPlant Mod 1.12.2 will attempt to place a plant when the item entity would have despawned. It is a continuation of AutoSapling mod. Intended for those saplings/seeds you just leave on the floor, but I guess it could be used for automation.
Features:
The mod supports most vanilla plants and will support mod plants presuming they use the IPlantable interface provided by forge.Configuration:
- How long it will take for supported items to attempt to despawn and plant
- The percent chance that the plant will be planted
- A blacklist of blocks that will not be planted
