This should be allowed on all servers as that is the only thing it does. Will be off as default. To turn on use the commands.

- /fpsspoofer MULTIPLIER multiplier: Multiplies your REAL fps by a set value
- /fpsspoofer ADDITION number: Adds a set number to your real fps
- /fpsspoofer OFF: Turns the spoofing off
- /fpsspoofer: Displays your current fps spoof values
