Simple Achievements Mod (1.10.2, 1.7.10) – Design a Custom Quest Book

Simple Achievements Mod lets you create your own custom list of achievements for your world or modpack. All your custom goals are shown in a special book that players can craft and use to track their progress. The mod is great for servers, as it automatically sends the server’s unique achievement list to every player who joins.
