Potion Gems Mod 1.11.2, 1.10.2

Potion Gems Mod 1.11.2, 1.10.2 adds gems that apply potion effects to the player. All gems have a remaining time of 30 minutes, when one of them is activated with right click, the remaining time it starts to consume. You can see the what objects do you need to make the gems with the JEI mod.
