What is it?
BYTE Roleplay cards allows you to create your own characters and for others to check your card to see your details and background story.
It also allows you to send bird messaging between players with a realistic delay as well as roll dice for a random number if a decision is not agreed.
Each change made by the user to their card can also run a server command allowing you to tie the plugin into other plugins on your server.
BYTE RP also integrates with our own reputation plugin to show your configured reputation level name, and also with heroes to show your secondary “profession” class.
Messaging:
Using bird or droid messaging (depending on past or future server) you will be able to release a message at a location, which will then travel according to your configured speed towards the target player. messages will take a time to reach the recipient. Providing a more realistic method of private messaging.
Dice Roll:
Sometimes things just cant be decided upon, leave it to chance!
/roll <number> will roll a x sided die, then show you, and anyone within 5 blocks of you the result. Can also be used to play dice at the tavern
Commands:
/card or /rp: show your card
/name <name>: Set your name ( will also set nick name for display through essentials)
/age <age>: Set your age
/gender <male/female>: Set your gender
/age <age>: Set your age
/race <race>: Set your race (allowed races set in config)
/realm <realm>: Set your home realm (allowed realms set in config)
/language <language>: set your player native language
/allegiance <group>: Set your group allegiance (allowed groups set in config)
/desc <description>: Set your general character description

when shown your card you can also click on the various fields to see and choose your options.
Admin Commands:
/rp set <player> <field> <value> : set a players card values for admins
Configuration:
The settings file contains the allowed options when you are choosing a restricted field such as race or realm.
Also the hero allegiances if you are using the hero plugin. If the heroes plugin is available then you will also see a profession field linked to the secondary hero rank ( this may be altered in the future)
The config file contains bird speed settings for personal messaging, allegiance change cost and also commands that are to be run when changing any of the settings on the cards. This can help you link with other plugins.
