An addon for Ars Nouveau that enables full skyblock compatibility! 

 

Rituals

Ritual of Conjure Starter Island - Creates an island from a configurable structure file. Used for map authors to allow players to build their island with a brazier.

Ritual of Sedimentation - Generates cobblestone from water source blocks

Ritual of Blazing/Vexing/Flourishing/Cascading Island - Generates unique archwood islands, containing otherwise unobtainable resources. Used as milestone progressions.

Ritual of Elder Summon - Summons waves of Guardians or Elder Guardian when augmented

Ritual of Mana Regeneration - Grants mana regen 1 to nearby players

Ritual of Conjure Island: Deep Dark - Creates an island of sculk, converting the area to Deep Dark.

Ritual of Conjure End Portal - Creates an island containing the end portal

Ritual of Conjure Geode - Creates an amethyst geode

Crush now acts as a typical skyblock hammer and adds ore drops to cobblestone/gravel/sand loot tables.

How to Use

To play a full skyblock with the provided changes, players will need access to a water source (Conjure Water), Crush, and a Casting Item (book, wand, etc.). Glyphs can be configured in the Ars Nouveau configs.

 

Ideas for Use

• Reduce player Regen and grant an early Ritual of Mana Regeneration. This forces the player to build a regeneration network early, or play around a central point to cast spells.
• Provide the Ritual of Sedimentation along with Crush and Conjure Water (set to Tier 1) for generating ores
• Start the player on a small patch of land with a brazier and Tablet of Conjure Starter Island. You can change the starting structure with a datapack, or use the provided one with the above changes.
• Use Ars Nouveau's Conjure Island rituals to encourage the player to build grassy sky islands and biomes.
