This ressource pack only does one thing : turning all stained glass and stained glass panes into colored nether portals.
There are currently 16 colored nether portals, respecting the 16 colors in minecraft.
It was originally made to recreate the Portal Network from Minecraft: Story Mode as their portals have different colors but can be used to do many other things (such as a recreation of the Twilight Forest portal).
