Sea Bird

Sea Birds spawn along beaches and over the ocean, often in groups. They are capable of diving into the water and will hunt Crabs and Glow Fishes. While typically neutral, Sea Birds will become aggressive if provoked. They drop Sea Bird meat, which can be cooked for a source of food.

Hesperornis

Hesperornis are flightless birds from the Cretaceous period that spawn on beaches or swim across the surface of warm oceans. They come in two different colors. Hesperornis are skilled swimmers and hunt fish, but are often hunted themselves by larger predators. Occasionally, they drop Hesperornis Eggs, which are edible and give saturation effect.

Glow Fish

Glow Fishs are passive, glowing creatures that spawn in Deep Oceans during the night, often appearing in groups. They serve as a food source and can be collected with a bucket.

Goldfish

Sea Pickle

Sea Sludge

---

Sea Sludges are passive creatures found at the ocean floor, glowing in five different colors. They can be collected with a bucket and can be fed Seagrass to drop Slime Balls.

Crab

---

Crabs spawn along beaches, often at the ocean floor and in rivers. They are passive but will attack if provoked. Crabs can be collected with a bucket and are hunted by many other creatures. They drop raw Crab meat, which can be eaten.

Yeti Crab

---

Yeti Crabs are large, furry crabs that spawn on the seafloor in Deep Cold Oceans. They are neutral toward players unless provoked and can be collected with a bucket. Yeti Crabs hunt fish, Maka Maka, and Sea Sludges, making them effective predators in the deep.

Giant Clam

---

Giant Clams rest on the ocean floor in all ocean types and appear in ten different colors. Players can right-click a clam to open it and obtain a pearl, with a chance to receive a rare black pearl. The clam remains open for a while before closing again.

Sea Urchin

---

Sea Urchins live on the ocean floor and damages players that collides with them. They can survive on land for a while and can be collected in a bucket.

Leech

---

Leeches spawn in swamps, rivers, and mangroves, coming in two different colors. Their attacks apply Leech Infection, which will damages the victim. To get rid of the infection, you would need to burn, otherwise, the Leech will spawn again. They do not drown on land and can be collected with a bucket.

Alligator Gar

---

Alligator Gar lives in rivers and swamps and appear in four colors. They are docile towards players but aggressive towards other fish. They can be collected in a bucket.

Catfish

---

Catfish lives in rivers and swamps, with small neutral individuals and larger aggressive ones. They hunt other fish but are also frequently hunted. Smaller ones are neutral unless provoked and can be collected in a bucket. Bigger ones are aggressive and have more health and deal more damage

Vertebrat

Vertebrats spawn in the ocean, often in groups, and come in three different colors. They are highly aggressive and fast but can be easily killed. Vertebrats can be collected with a bucket.

Megapiranha

---

Megapiranhas spawn in oceans, rivers, and swamps, appearing in groups with three different colors. They are highly aggressive and fast, dealing significant damage. Their eyes glow in the dark and can be collected with a bucket.

Panderodus

---

Panderodus are ancient eel-like creatures with strange faces, spawning in oceans and swamps, often in groups. They come in four different colors and are fast swimmers. Panderodus can be collected with a bucket and drop Panderodus Eyes, which can be eaten or used to brew Night Vision potions.

Sea Snake

Sea Snakes are fast predators that spawn in warm and lukewarm oceans, rivers, and beaches. They live in the water and hunt smaller fish, but can also be hunted by larger predators. Their attacks inflict poison, making them dangerous to approach.

Eurypterid

Eurypterids are ancient sea scorpions found in deep oceans and cold oceans, often appearing in groups. They are  aggressive and can poison their victims. Eurypterids can be collected with a bucket.

Gulper Eels are found in Deep Oceans. They are neutral by nature but will attack if provoked, opening their mouths wide during an attack. They hunt Glow Fish and are quick swimmers. Gulper Eels can be collected with a bucket.

Manta

Mantas spawn in oceans, excluding cold ones, and often appear in groups in two colors. They are aggressive but have a short follow range. Their attacks are dangerous due to their ability to poison and their high speed in the water.

Puffer

---

Puffers are larger green pufferfish found in warm and lukewarm oceans. They are aggressive and inflate when attacking, becoming larger and poisoning their target. Their sudden size change makes them dangerous in close combat.

 

Sea Horse

---

Sea Horses live in warm and lukewarm oceans, moving slowly in small groups. They come in five different colors and are docile. They can be collected in a bucket.

Jellyfish

---

Jellyfish appear in every ocean and in water caves, drifting slowly and coming in six colors. They are docile and can drop Jellyfish Jelly, which can be used to craft Jellyfish Jelly Bread or Jelly Torches that can only be placed on the ground but work underwater.

 

Cnidaria

---

Cnidarias spawn in the ocean, usually in groups, and come in three different colors. They remain calm until a player comes close, then become hostile. Their attacks deliver electric shocks to their victims. Cnidaria can drop Natural Toxin, a deadly item that causes instant death when consumed.

Sea Phantom

Sea Phantoms are giant jellyfish that spawn at night in Deep Oceans. They can be detected using a Leviathan Sensor. Sea Phantoms hunt both fish and players, delivering electric shocks when they attack. They also have a chance to drop Natural Toxin.

Bathotrap

---

Bathotraps spawn on the ocean floor, surrounded by bubble particles and capable of pulling prey toward them. When in groups, their suction force becomes even stronger, making them especially dangerous. After being killed, they sink back into the ground.

Maka Maka

---

Maka Maka is a worm-like creature that spawns on the ocean floor, with only its mouth visible above the surface. If approached too closely or attacked, it bursts from the ground and becomes aggressive. If it kills its target, it retreats back into the sand. However, if it takes too much damage, it fully emerges and swims rapidly through the water, attacking nearby prey.

Megastars are giant starfish found on the ocean floor. Unlike real starfish, they move quickly along the ocean floor and are aggressive. They are tough to kill and deal heavy damage. Megastars come in six different colors.

Ammonites are massive creatures that live in Deep Oceans. They come in five different colors, are highly resistant, and aggressive by nature. While their follow range is low, they can blind their targets with ink when attacking.

Oarfish

Oarfish inhabit Deep, Lukewarm, and Cold Oceans. They are docile and slowly move through the water, often becoming prey to larger predators.

 

Ichthyosaurus

Ichthyosaurus are passive, dolphin-like marine reptiles that spawn in oceans, especially warm ones. They flee when harmed and can be attracted and fed with Raw Glow Fish, which also heals them. If given a Raw Glow Fish and saddled within five seconds, they become rideable, no longer despawn, and are immune to damage from Sonar Beacons. They are very fast, even if being ridden.

Riffhead

The Riffhead is a massive, kraken-like creature with a stone head, covered in Seagrass and Coral that spawns in deep oceans. It can be detected by a Leviathan Sensor. Despite its imposing appearance, it is passive and ignored by all other ocean creatures. The Riffhead moves slowly through the ocean, and its deep, echoing calls can be heard from a great distance. They also have a solid hitbox, meaning you can stand on them.

Frilled Shark

Frilled Sharks spawn in Deep Oceans. They remain neutral unless provoked, but their attacks deal heavy damage due to their powerful teeth.

 

Shark

---

Sharks spawn in oceans and come in three different colors. They often appear in groups and are strong, neutral creatures that will attack other fish. However, if a player has less than full health, Sharks will become aggressive and attack.

Bull Shark

Bull Sharks are aggressive sharks that spawn in oceans and rivers. They are always hostile toward players and other creatures. Bull Sharks come in two different colors.

Hammerhead Shark

Hammerhead Sharks spawn in warm oceans and come in three different colors. They often appear in groups and are neutral creatures that will attack other fish. However, if a player has less than full health, Sharks will become aggressive and attack.

Helicoprion

Helicoprion is an ancient shark found in Deep Oceans, larger than typical sharks and featuring a distinctive spiral tooth structure in its lower jaw. It comes in two colors and is always aggressive toward prey and players. Its glowing eyes add to its menacing presence in the depths.

Basking Shark

Basking Sharks are large, neutral sharks that spawn in Deep and Cold Oceans. They do not attack and simply swim away when harmed, peacefully drifting through the waters.

Xiphactinus

Xiphactinus are large, ancient, and terrifying fish that spawn in oceans, excluding cold ones. They often appear in groups and come in four different colors. These creatures are strong, dangerous, and highly aggressive, making them a significant threat in the water.

Reaverfish

Reaverfish spawn in the ocean and are large, elongated fish with a hammer-like head filled with sharp teeth. They come in two different colors. Reaverfish are extremely fast, strong, and highly aggressive, making them a dangerous predator in the water.

Megalodon

The Megalodon is a huge, ancient shark with an enormous amount of health and dealing massive damage. It can withstand a lot of damage and inflicts small area damage with its attacks. The Megalodon is highly aggressive, attacking many fish, especially players. Unlike regular sharks, it will become regardless of the player's health. It can be detected by using the Leviathan Sensor. Upon death, the Megalodon can drop it's jaw.

Dunkleosteus

It has a large amount of health and incredible durability due to its high resistance. With its powerful jaws, the Dunkleosteus deals significant damage, making it a dangerous predator in the depths. It can be detected by using the Leviathan Sensor. Upon death, the Dunkleosteus can drop it's skull.

Plesiosaur

Liopleurodon is a large, ancient marine reptile that spawns in Deep Oceans. Its hunting many fish with high health and strong damage. Liopleurodon can be detected using the Leviathan Sensor. Upon death, the Liopleurodon can drop it's skeleton.

Mosasaurus

The Mosasaur is a massive, ancient marine reptile found in Deep Oceans. It comes in four different colors and is highly aggressive. With immense health and resistance, the Mosasaur deals significant damage, making it one of the most formidable creatures in the ocean. It can be detected by using the Leviathan Sensor. Upon death, the Mosasaurus can drop it's skeleton.

Tusoteuthis

The Tusoteuthis is a massive, ancient giant squid that spawns in Deep Oceans. It comes in three different colors and is highly aggressive, even attacking Adult Colossoteus. With a large amount of health and damage, it is a dangerous predator. The Tusoteuthis can also blind its enemies with ink. It can be detected by using the Leviathan Sensor.

Baby Colossoteus

Baby Colossoteus are smaller, weaker versions of the Colossoteus. They spawn in oceans, but never in Deep Oceans, and will not grow into an adult over time. Baby Colossoteus are slower and vulnerable, often targeted by other fishes. If you hurt a Baby Colossoteus, you will receive the effect "Mothers Call" and if there is an Adult Colossoteus nearby, it will get aggressive towards you

Colossoteus is a massive new Leviathan found in both Deep Oceans and regular oceans. Its terrifying size and durability make it extremely dangerous. The Colossoteus's roar can be heard from great distances, and it can destroy blocks in its path. To make matters worse, it can unleash a powerful sonar attack similar to the Warden's Sonic Boom and attacks other animals. It can be detected by using the Leviathan Sensor. If an Adult Colossoteus dies, he can drop a Sonar Organ and it's skeleton.

Alpha Reaverfish

Alpha Reaverfish is a massive, red variant of the Reaverfish, even larger than the Colossoteus that spawns in deep oceans. The Alpha Reaverfish also has a unique head, with five horns instead of 2 regular ones on the side. This terrifying creature can destroy blocks and is incredibly dangerous. Its roar can be heard from great distances. Its immense strength makes it a much greater threat. It is the most dangerous beast in the Deep Oceans but can be detected by using a Leviathan Sensor. Upon death, it can drop his Skull and an Alpha Fang.

Blue Tangs are small tropical fish that inhabit Warm and Lukewarm Oceans. They are peaceful creatures that swim in schools and can be collected using a bucket.

Clownfish are colorful tropical fish that naturally spawn in Warm and Lukewarm Oceans. They are peaceful creatures that can be collected using a bucket.

Black Clownfish

Black Clownfish are a darker variation of the common Clownfish found in Warm and Lukewarm Oceans. Like their orange relatives, they are peaceful and can be collected with a bucket.

Lionfish

---

Lionfish are beautiful but venomous fish that inhabit Warm and Lukewarm Oceans. They are passive creatures that can be collected with a bucket.

Coelacanth

Coelacanths are rare ancient fish that inhabit Deep Oceans below Y-level 40. They are completely passive and can be collected with a bucket.

Lobster

Lobsters are neutral crustaceans that can be found crawling across the sea floor in oceans and beaches. They can be collected with a bucket and peacefully wander the ocean bottom unless disturbed.

Japanese Spider Crab

Japanese Spider Crabs are big crustaceans that slowly roam the ocean floor in Deep Oceans. They are neutral by nature and will only attack if provoked. Their long legs allow them to reach targets from a distance.

Barracuda

---

Barracudas are incredibly fast predators found in Warm, Lukewarm, and regular Oceans. They come in two different color variations and are attracted to players wearing iron, gold, or diamond armor. Once they detect their target, they rapidly charge in with powerful attacks.

Swordfish

---

Swordfish are fast-swimming hunters that inhabit Warm and Lukewarm Oceans. They usually ignore players but become highly aggressive when provoked, using their long sword-like bill to deliver quick and powerful attacks.

Arapaima

---

Arapaimas are giant freshwater fish that inhabit swamps, mangroves, rivers, and jungles. They are generally neutral creatures but become aggressive if threatened or approached too closely. They are also natural enemies of piranhas and will actively hunt them whenever possible.

Crocodile

---

Crocodiles are powerful predators found in swamps, mangroves, and beaches. While slower on land, they often rest along the shore before suddenly dashing through the water toward nearby prey. When attacking, they can grab their victim and perform a devastating death roll, dealing heavy damage. Hungry crocodiles will actively hunt anything that enters their territory.

Moray Eel

Orcas are intelligent predators that travel in pods throughout every ocean biome. They remain neutral unless attacked, but nearby pod members will immediately assist each other by targeting the same enemy. Orcas naturally hunt sharks and become especially dangerous when fighting together.

Whale Shark

Whale Sharks are enormous but peaceful creatures found in Warm and Lukewarm Oceans. They come in two different color variations and peacefully swim through the open sea. Despite their massive size, they pose no threat to players and can be detected using a Leviathan Sensor.

Goblin Shark

---

Goblin Sharks lurk in the darkness of Deep Oceans below Y-level 30. These frightening predators are naturally aggressive and quickly attack anything that enters their territory.

Viperfish

---

Viperfish inhabit the deepest parts of the ocean below Y-level 30. Their glowing appearance and enormous teeth make them terrifying ambush predators that aggressively attack nearby creatures in the darkness.

Giant Siphonophore

---

The Giant Siphonophore is a massive colonial organism that drifts through the Deep Oceans below Y-level 30. Although completely passive, touching or attacking it inflicts a dangerous venom. It can also be detected using a Leviathan Sensor.

El Gran Maja

---

El Gran Maja is a gigantic sea monster that looks like an eel with a massive grin shaped mouth, that roams the Deep Warm and Lukewarm Oceans. Its enormous size allows it to destroy boats and blocks as it moves through the water, making it one of the largest creatures in the ocean. It can be detected using a Leviathan Sensor.
