A: If you are not an Uchiha use DNA Uchiha and wait 2-48 Hours for your Sharingan to Manifest
Q: How do I become a Jinchuriki?
A: Find or craft a Tailed Beast chart and hunt the Tailed Beast down and seal it inside yourself.
