ChatSystem but why?
Because i want to Share it and i cant wirte with Java.

Features:
Mute/Unmute Players
Warning when someone try to Mute an Player with exempt Permission
Reload the Script with Command
You can change almost all Messages.
You can Lock/Unlock the Global Chat
Clear the Chat with one Command
Change the Chat Formate
Dont Spam in the Console Chat on Clear Chat
Automatic Prefix if your use an Permissions Plugins*
Broadcast an Message(Color Code is Supported)
Users must wait an Specified time to send an new Chat message
Player with an Permission can write with Colors in the Chat

The Console can Clear the Chat, Lock/Unlock the Chat, Reload the Skript and can send an broadcast
Chat Filter to block words(You can add or remove words)

/ChatReload - Reload the Chat Script
aliases: /chatr, /rlchat, /chatrl, /rchat, /reloadchat, /reloadc
/GlobalMute - Lock/Unlock the Global Chat
aliases: /gmute, /globalm, /muteglobal
/Mute - Mute/Unmute Players
/ChatClear - Clear the Chat
aliases: /cc, /clearchat, /cchat, /cclear, /clearglobalchat
/Broadcast - Send to all Players an Message

chatsystem.admin - Reload the Script
chatsystem.globalmute - Lock/Unlock the Global Chat
chatsystem.mute - Mute/Unmute Players
chatsystem.mute.exempt - Cant Mute Players with this Permissions
chatsystem.clearchat - Clears the Chat with Command
chatsystem.globalmute.bypass - To bypass the Global Chat Lock
chatsystem.broadcast - To use the Server Broadcast
chatsystem.delay.bypass - To Bypass the Chat Delay
chatsystem.color - To write with the Codes in the Chat
chatsystem.cmdspy - To use the CommandSpy
chatsystem.cmdspy.exempt - Dont show the Commands of this Player
