What it does:
When ever a player places a Sponge down, it will create a region with the player's name and then add the uuid of the player to the region. Region size can be changed but always makes a perfect square.

/removeclaim - Permission: klaimit.remove. Removes your personally claim.
/addmember - klaimit.addmember. Adds a player to your claim.
/removemember - klaimit.removemember. Removes a player from your claim.

- Make it so players can't overlap other claims.
- Configuration. (more to be added)
- Add configurable blocks.
