[UNRELEASED] UlmesuChallenge

UlmesuChallenge is a hardcore server where a roulette spins every so often, triggering a world-changing event. The roulette has different colors, each with a unique effect:

• 🔴 Red: All players must complete a challenge or be sent to the gulag.

• 🟠 Orange: A difficulty shift makes the server even harder.

• 🟡 Yellow: Hints at the arrival of a new mob.

• 🟢 Green: Just notifications.

• 🔵 Light Blue: Daily mission with a valuable reward.

• 🔵 Dark Blue: Reveals new items or crafting recipes.

• 🟣 Purple: Server-related announcements.

• 🌸 Pink: Nutria Moment, a fun surprise event.

Players can be revived using Resurrection Spoons and Forks, or by winning in the gulag.
Nutria Moments are light-hearted events for the living, offering small rewards.
