These modpacks contain Performance, Quality of Life and Anime mods. There aren't any crazy Quality of Life mods, just small ones that tweak certain aspects of the game and the performance mods are the best ones out there.
The modpacks contain my personally tweaked options file (controls, video settings, etc.) and most of the configs (FPS and QoL ones). You can definitely tweak what you want if you know what you're doing.
