Gat's More Villages

Adds more villages that on world-generation procedurally load into your world:
-badland villages with desert-style-villagers
-deep frozen ocean villages with taiga style villagers
-deep ocean villages with plains-style villagers
-jungle villages with jungle-style villagers
-underground lush cave villages that tunnel in 3D
-redstone village variant of plains villages 20% of the time
-swamp villages with swamp style-villagers

Fixes critical vanilla-village errors
-prevents villagers from standing on their campfires and dying
-prevents villagers from standing on their cutting saws
-prevents villagers from getting stuck in their wells
-bonus cosmetic enhancements to the plains_temple_4
-bonus loot tables for the fisherman barrels

Highlights worth pointing out:

Lush Caves: This unique village is underground, where life in the winding underground tunnels of the lush caves is both earthy and profound. They are a secretive society, so the surface-animal pitfall-trap used by the subterranean butcher is the only surface clue as to their whereabouts. Their tunnels wind both horizontally and vertically at 45-degree angles, giving their villages a unique 3-dimensional architecture, occasionally opening up to the vast expanse of the natural underground cavities of the cave itself. Maybe its these people that gave rise the the abandoned mineshafts of old?
