RailLoader is a small plugin that modifies minecart mechanics by allowing minecarts to travel through "unloaded" chunks.
Normally, minecarts will not travel into unloaded chunks. RailLoader changes this by allowing minecarts to load a 2-chunk radius around them, and unloading these automatically loaded chunks when the minecart leaves that radius, stops, or is destroyed.
Only tested on 1.9.4, but should work across most Spigot/CraftBukkit versions without issue.
