Hello ! This plugin can remove entities what you want and prevent spanw entities. I tested this plugin only on 1.12 but I think it can works with previous version.
CONFIGURATION

- Display Configuration help
- /cm <entity type>
- Kill all entities with this type (ex: /cm cow )
