NoFog Mod is a simple yet very useful mod for players with low-end computers. Thanks to this mod, you can see farther without increasing the render distance of the world, which means you can see farther without losing game performance. The mod works perfectly with a small render distance. For example, with a render distance of 5 chunks, this mod works wonders. So, for those who don’t know what this is about, the game has a render distance measured in chunks. The farther the render distance, the more load on the PC, and the farther you can see the world. To prevent seeing the end of the world, the game has fog that covers the edge of the world. However, it covers quite a lot, and if you disable it, the render distance will significantly increase, although you may see the end of the world.
Features:
- The mod removes all fog, including distance fog, water fog, lava fog, and powder snow fog, enhancing visibility across the Overworld, Nether, and End dimensions.
- From version 1.16.5 onwards, the mod allows you to toggle fog types separately for each biome, dimension, or globally. This means you can customize the fog settings to your preference
