If you want to disable the mob, you can find its name here: https://hub.spigotmc.org/javadocs/spigot/org/bukkit/entity/EntityType.html make sure to check this before writing anything to config.yml, so e.g instead of ZOMBIE_PIGMAN you have to use PIG_ZOMBIE.
You can also disable SNOWBALL, so players can't throw snowballs.
