Vanilla Food Hunger Bar

Reverts the HUD Food/Hunger Icons to the default, vanilla ones when put above other Resourcepacks. Useful for overriding the textures when using other resource packs that might make them look worse.

Now with Appleskin and Farmer's Delight COMPATS!
