This is a resource pack meant to recreate the sounds, looks and feel of older versions of the game in some ways. What this pack does is:
- Remove all ambient Nether sounds
- Replaces netherrack, netherbrick, basalt, tuff, and tuff brick sounds with regular stone sounds
- Replaces crimson and warped wart and stem sounds with leaf and log sounds, respectively
- Retextures the raw iron, gold, and copper item textures to look a bit better
- Replaces all ore textures to look like their older counterparts (deepslate too)
- Removes the Java Edition logo
- Restores the older, more pixelated Minecraft logo
- Restores the pre-1.13 panorama to the original
For the closest-to-retro experience possible, I recommend combining this pack with my other pack, No New Music, and Programmer Art. Here's the ideal pack layout:

This is what the menu looks like with the recommend pack-stack:

And here are the retextured ores:

Logo, panorama, and button tweaks were modified using VanillaTweaks.
Sounds modified by yours truly, AgentLoneStar007.
Ore retextures were done by Ravencross15.
And before you ask, no, I'm not on Windows 7. I use Linux, and this is a skin for it.
If you wish to use this resource pack in a modpack, feel free to. Just be sure to link it in your project page.
