OVERVIEW
OmiRest is a very lightweight plugin designed to act like the popular rest
mechanics in a lot of big video games. When the player uses the rest
command, they will sit down and gain regeneration and saturation effects
to replenish their health and hunger until they stand back up again!
(OmiRest works on Spigot and maybe Paper, but not Bukkit versions.)
INSTALLATION
Put the OmiRest.jar into your server's plugins folder, restart your server
to load the plugin up, go into the config and add your worlds or change
the other options to whatever you like, then do "/omirest reload"
on your server to initiate the changes you made in the config!

COMMANDS & PERMISSIONS
/omirest, /orest, or /rest - Issues the main command for OmiRest.
omirest.* (to be able to use all of the OmiRest commands & abilities.)
/omirest - Makes the player sit down and rest.
omirest.use (to be able to use the rest commands.)
/omirest help - Brings up the help page.
omirest.help (to be able to use the help command.)
/omirest reload - To reload the OmiRest config.yml
omirest.reload (to be able to use the reload command.)
