Super lightweight simple particle plugin!
To open the GUI, type the command "/particle". The permission "vip.particles" is needed to open the GUI.
Each particle has it's own permission. This would be the permission node for the particle DRIP_WATER- "vip.particles.drip_water".
Here is a list of ALL particles:

Without a format selected, the particles will NOT appear.
