Adds 1980s style panasonic camera 
Camera Filter Example.
Camera shaders changes:
- Adds a slight green tint to imitage the glow from the phosphor on a BnW crt moniter for the filter module.
- Adds a blur to imitate the low qualty of the cameras and possible data loss.
- Same changes apply for the flash light module and mostly the night vision module.
Texture Changes:
- Replaces the static textures with less annoying ones.
- changes both the ceiling mounted and wall mounted camera textures and models
NOTE: the wall mounted camera can only look down so far before looking weird.
feel free to change the shader values to what you want.
Obviously requires the Surveillance Package mod.
