This change made it so that all living entities in the game, which includes all mobs, were rendered in two dimensional shape, which looked weird. Flatter Entities Mod allows you to achieve the same in your game. With this mod installed, all of the mobs in your game will be rendered in 2D models. The mod comes with a config file, which allows you to blacklist/whitelist specific mobs and dimensions.
