I literally coded this within less than an hour. I forgot to record my speed code, but whatever. Enjoy this highly configurable Rainbow beacon resource. The best on spigot.

Dependency:
- Skript v2+ http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/skript

Features:

• Remove all beacons at once
• Sync beacons to update at different times, or at the same time
• Highly configurable
• Speed setting
• Base settings and auto base planting
• Base block
• Smooth colours or random colours
• Custom command, aliases, permissions and lots more

Commands/Permissions:

/rainbowbeacon or /rb

/rb reload - Reloads rainbow beacons
/rb place - Give a beacon to place
/rb removeall - Removes all beacons set

Permission: rainbowbeacon.use

Installation:
1.) Download Dependency above and drag it into your server plugins folder
2.) Run server
3.) Download RainbowBeacon.sk
3.) Put RainbowBeacon.sk in plugins > skript > scripts
4.) Restart server or type /sk reload RainbowBeacon

Optional: Remove all the default skripts loaded in the scripts folder if you want
