Allow flight in certain WorldGuard regions
If a player then leaves that region it will disable their flight
Where is this useful?
This could be that you have a plot area you want players to be able to fly in but you only want them to fly there and not everywhere.
The commands are very simple.

To allow flight in a region this would be the process:
1) Create a region with WorldGuard (world edit select area, ./rg define <name>
2) /fly addregion <regionname>
As simple as that! That now allows fly in that region and can be seen that it does via /fly regionlist
There is a permission for each command.
fly.use - Access to toggle fly mode.
fly.anywhere - Access fly anywhere even in non-fly enabled regions
fly.addregion - Access to add a region in which flight can be used
fly.removeregion - Access to disallow flight in a flight enabled region
fly.listregions - Access to view regions that allow flight
fly.use.others - Access to toggle flight for other players
fly.use.safelogin - Toggle flight on login if you are in the air
