VotifierReward

To create a RewardFile, create a new file with the extension as .vrf. For Example,
awesome.vrf. The names of the files do not matter.

Code Names:
%player = player name.
%web = name of website.
%url = url of vote site.

If you want chances, in the first line of the file type in the percent,
before that start with a :.
For Example:

......................................
:80
......................................

To create a message script start the line with $.
For Example:

......................................
$%player has won $5k! No way!
......................................

To create a command script start the line with a /.
For Example:

......................................
/give %player diamond 16
......................................

To send a personal message to the player, start the line with a @.
For Example:

......................................
@Thank you for voting!
......................................

To allow players to receive a bigger reward when voted an X amount of times.
Start the the first line with a !.
For Example:

......................................
!50
......................................

So if a players votes 50 times, then he gets
a reward of whatever kind that you set-up.

The Example file has a chances in the beginning.

Chances will add up! If you have a file with 5 percent, then he'll receive the
rewards for that and all the other files with a percent higher than that.
Like 10% and 50%. If he got the 50% rewards, then he wont receive the 5% rewards.
These are just examples, but it is like ranks, if you have one rank, you'll have
every other rank under it.
