Description: Deletes the specified message number so it does not broadcast
- SetDelay <delay in seconds>
Description: sets the delay between message broadcast times
- MessageColor <message number> <color>
Description: Changes the color of a message

The only thing you need to do is take out the jar from the .zip file and place it in your plugins folder! Its that easy!!!
