How do I install Simple Grenades?

THIS IS A REALLY EARLY BUILD, so don't complain if its a little half finished. This will probably be replaced by a better plugin I'm making called "Explosives". But, for now its just some simple block generation and commands.

Fire Grenade (/firegrenade)
Water Grenade (/watergrenade)
Normal Grenade (/grenade)
Lava Grenade (/lavagrenade)

You can edit the source code if you want but, don't publish edited versions.
