How do I install TheParkour?

/theparkour setbackteleport - set teleport when you leave or finish parkour
/theparkour setspawnpoint <Arena> - set teleport when you join to the parkour
/theparkour setcheckpoint <Number> <Arena> - set checkpoint on your location
/theparkour addcheckpoint <Number> <Player> <Arena> - add checkpoint for player
/theparkour tpcheckpoint <Number> <Player> <Arena> - teleport to checkpoint
/theparkour finish <Arena> <Player> - Finish arena
/theparkour reload - Reload config file
