WorldRegen 1.1.1
Overview:
WorldRegen allows regenerating worlds back to their default (new) state. This plugin was created to primarily test the ability to regenerate the Nether and The End worlds in 1.13.2+. It will not regenerate your main world since Bukkit has no way to unload this world properly while the game is running. You can however, regenerate worlds created in Multiverse.
HUMONGOUS DISCLAIMER:
This plugin will regenerate worlds! This means if you run this command on an existing world, it will be DELETED and regenerated. All contents of the world will be destroyed and a clean world will be created.
I take no responsibility if you delete your worlds intentionally, or by accident. Please use caution and backup your worlds!
Uses:
While this command may seem pretty simple, it has some important uses in allowing the resetting of worlds such as the Nether and The End from in-game.
To use this capability, you must use the latest Spigot build of 1.13.2 or greater. Specifically, a commit (04595908e5c) was introduced some changes that allows the default worlds other than the main to be unloaded in-game.
Commands:
/worldregen <world>
/wr <world>
These two commands will check if a world exists, and is whitelisted, then bumps all the players on that world to their spawn points or if non-existent, to the spawn on the main world. Then the selected world is unloaded and it's world folder and contents completely deleted. Then a new world with the same generator settings will be generated for that world.
This command can only be run from the console and if the world is whitelisted in the config.yml file.
config.yml:
The seed of the world will change by default to a new random seed for the regenerated world, unless you configure the random setting in the configuration to false.
Terms of Service:
The plugin is provided AS-IS.
Disclaimer:
This plugin currently supports specific builds of 1.13.2+. Features may break if used with other versions of Minecraft than intended.
It takes a lot of tasty coffee to keep cranking out quality code.
