Very essential plugin. Very good for Practice servers (Duels) and even HCF (Hard-Core Factions). Works really fine, and there are 2 features where you can see the cooldown Bar and a Command.
I understand, with the problems it can occur to the enderpearl cooldown (It sometimes glitches, but I am fixing it soon)

Step 1 - If you have not yet, install Skript and skQuery.
Step 2 - Locate to <your server directory>/plugins/Skript/scripts.
Step 3 - Drop the file in there, and do /skript reload all.
