This plugin is for Spigot and is responsible for maintenance & MOTD. The plugin is completely configurable.
Necessary Plugins ProtocolLib Direct Download
This version of ProtocolLib has a bug with the Spigot reload command.
Please restart your server or use this command, to reload the configuration:
/maintenance reload
