Every allay skin has a flower on its head
There are new 11 variations including the classic one but with a blue orchid on it
Red/poppy, orange/tulip, yellow/dandelion, purple/allium, blue/cornflower, white/the lily of the valley
There is also some exotic ones like
Brown/mushroom, grey/red mushroom, colorful/torch flower, black/wither rose
The allay will spawn naturally with these textures in any biome
