/report <player> <reason>
Permissions:
mp.report - give to player's (it lets them report)
mp.report.notify - give to staff (it shows them the report message)
Description:
Once you do /report <player> <reason>, as long as the player is online and a reason is set, a gui will open and you can choose between 5 options: Server (Hacking / Unfair Advantages), Chat (Racism / Spamming / Hate), Gameplay (Map / Bug Exploits), Other and Close
