Need to set a certain world to open in a limited time every day, limit the items that are carried when entering?

Configurable multiple worlds open in multiple time periods each day
Can limit the type of items that are carried when entering
Announcement when opening and closing
You can configure the permission to bypass the check (for special use)
Permissions can choose whether to ignore the carrying items
ActionBar displays the remaining time when entering the time-limited world

Plugins will continue to detect restricted worlds
Illegal entry or illegal acquisition of prohibited items in the world
Are going to be kicked out of the world (to dispel BUG questions)

The plugin does not use the feature API in the new version, which is theoretically universal in 1.8-1.14.
