Install:
- Download plugin from SpigotMC
- Turn off your Velocity Proxy
- Move your plugin to the Velocity plugin folder
- Turn on your Velocity Proxy
- Your ready to start using your queue!
Permissions:

- /joinqueue <servername> - Adds a user to a queue for a server
