Welcome to my very first Skript here on Spigot.
I wanted to upload this mainly if i ever need to come back to it but also share it to the spigot community!
It's not the best but you could work around it and change the timings that it procs with the ticks. This basically makes particles appear when you toggle fly.

Installation:
- Skript ( click here ) then chuck the file downloaded here into the scripts folder after you restarted your server.
That's all you need!
Issues:
- Particles are big
- Limited amount of particles can only be used for example particle clouds or explosion will not work to my knowledge
